If a fake profile has been created in your name, download the Fake Profile Deletion Request at the following link.
In the Fake Profile Deletion Request, provide a brief description of what the abuse consists of. Copy the link leading to the disputed content in the Request.
Make a photocopy of your valid ID or passport.
Fill out the Consent available at the following link.
