On April 9 and 23, 2025, two personal data protection trainings were held at the premises of the Personal Data Protection Agency. The trainings were attended by representatives of data controllers from various sectors. During the sessions, participants were introduced to the legal obligations that controllers and processors must comply with under the Law on Personal Data Protection and related bylaws. The trainings provided practical guidance on aligning internal practices with the applicable data protection regulations.
Key topics included the definition of terms in the field of personal data protection, the fundamental principles of data protection, the rights of data subjects, the responsibilities of controllers and processors, rules for the transfer of personal data, and the legal requirements for establishing video surveillance systems.
