The Agency for the Protection of Personal Data with the support of the EU twinning project “Support in the implementation of the modernized legal framework for the protection of personal data”, on October 19 and 20, 2022, organized the thirteenth training session on personal data protection on the topic “Introduction to personal data protection” and “Personal data protection impact assessment (PIPA) and risk assessment”
On the first day of the training, the novelties of the Law on Personal Data Protection, definitions, principles of personal data protection, measures to protect personal data, rights of the subject of personal data, other obligations of controllers and processors were clarified.
On the second day of the training, it was clarified what an assessment of the impact on the protection of personal data is, when it should be done, who should do it and the methodology.
