On 24.02.2021, the Agency for the Protection of Personal Data, represented and represented by director Imer Aliu, and the State Commission for decision-making in the second degree in the field of inspection supervision and misdemeanor procedure, represented by Elizabeta Ruseska, president of the commission, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.

This Memorandum was signed confirming the mutual commitment and interest in advancing the cooperation of both parties.

In order to fulfill the objectives of this Memorandum, the Agency for the Protection of Personal Data will conduct trainings on the protection of personal data for representatives of the State Commission for decision-making in the second degree in the field of inspection supervision and misdemeanor proceedings, all with the aim of fully and correctly implementation of the regulations for the protection of personal data.
