On February 16, 2022, the Personal Data Protection Agency through the ZOOM platform conducted “Personal Data Protection Training”, intended for participants from the Ministry of Defense.

This training is organized in accordance with the legal competences of the Agency and the signed Memorandum of Cooperation between the Agency for Personal Data Protection and the Ministry of Defense.

During the training, the novelties of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, the rights and obligations of the controllers, the security measures for the processing of personal data were presented, and at the same time, recommendations and guidelines were given on how to protect personal data and how to design appropriate protection measures.

The training was conducted online due to the situation with the Covid 19 virus, and all in order to protect the health of the training participants.
