The Agency for the Protection of Personal Data with the support of the EU twinning project “Support in the implementation of the modernized legal framework for the protection of personal data” , on October 5 and 6, 2022, organized the twelfth training session on the protection of personal data on the topic “Notification of a security breach”, “Direct marketing and profiling” and “Security of personal data (technical and organizational measures)”
On the first day of the training, the obligations of reporting a violation of personal data security, the consequences of reporting the violation, late notification, in which cases it is not necessary to submit a notification, were clarified. Furthermore, the rules for performing direct marketing and profiling were covered. On the second day of the training, the technical and organizational measures to be implemented by controllers and processors were clarified.
