On June 28 and 29, 2022, representatives of the Personal Data Protection Agency participated in the Regional Conference on Personal Data Protection in Pristina, organized by the Information and Privacy Agency of the Republic of Kosovo.
The regional conference was attended by representatives of the competent authorities for the protection of personal data from Kosovo, North Macedonia, Albania and Montenegro.
The purpose of this conference was the exchange of best practices and experiences in the field of personal data protection, the discovery of common challenges in this field, as well as the deepening of inter-institutional cooperation. The conference discussed the responsibilities, rights and challenges related to the protection of personal data in the security, health, telecommunications and education sectors.
