In connection with the announcement with the title: “The Agency for the Protection of Personal Data in the midst of an economic crisis will order drinks in the amount of 200,000 denars” published on 23.01.2021, and in the interest of the principle of transparency, i.e. fully informing the public, we inform you for the following:
The Agency for the Protection of Personal Data, within its competences, prepares and conducts training for individuals and legal entities (in state and private ownership) with the aim of acquiring knowledge and skills in relation to the practices and regulations for the protection of personal data, for which the Agency charges the participants a certain monetary fee, in accordance with the Decision on determining the amount of fees for organizing and conducting training for the protection of personal data.
Since these are full-day trainings, the Agency provides a meal (cold sandwich) and drinks (juices, water, coffee, tea) for the training participants, therefore it is necessary to publish an announcement for public procurement of the above-mentioned products in accordance with the Law on Public Procurement. considering that the Agency trains up to 800 people per year.
Also, the Personal Data Protection Agency does not undertake to order all the goods that are the subject of procurement , that is, it will carry out the orders successively, according to the needs.
