The controller independently decides whether to publish the report from the PVZLP.
The controller will demonstrate respect for the principle of accountability and transparency by publishing parts of the report, for example by publishing a brief overview or conclusion of the implemented PVZLP.
The controller is obliged to submit the report of the implemented PVZLP at the request of the Agency.
