
The Agency for the Protection of Personal Data with the support of the EU twinning project “Support in the implementation of the modernized legal framework for the protection of personal data”, on April 6 and 7, 2022, conducted the fourth session of online training sessions on personal data protection on the topic: “Technical and integrated protection of personal data (Data Protection by Design & Default)” and “Security of personal data”.
On April 13 and 14, 2022, the fifth training session on personal data protection will be organized on the topic “Introduction to the protection of personal data” and “Protection of natural persons from the processing of personal data by competent authorities for the purposes of prevention, investigation, detection or prosecution of criminal offenses or for the execution of criminal sanctions and the free movement of such data”. The training is intended for the authorities for the prevention, investigation, detection or prosecution of criminal acts or for the execution of criminal sanctions. The trainer of the trainings will be the Croatian expert Igor Vulje, who will share the Croatian experience and practices in the implementation of the GDPR and the European Directive on the protection of natural persons from the processing of personal data by competent authorities for the purposes of prevention, investigation, detection or prosecution. of criminal acts or for execution of criminal sanctions and free movement of that data.
