{"id":11607,"date":"2022-07-14T15:11:02","date_gmt":"2022-07-14T13:11:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/azlp.mk\/eighth-training-session-on-personal-data-protection\/"},"modified":"2022-07-14T15:11:02","modified_gmt":"2022-07-14T13:11:02","slug":"eighth-training-session-on-personal-data-protection","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/azlp.mk\/en\/eighth-training-session-on-personal-data-protection\/","title":{"rendered":"Eighth training session on personal data protection"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Agency for the Protection of Personal Data with the support of the EU twinning project <a href=\"https:\/\/dzlp.mk\/mk\/node\/4341\">&#8220;Support in the implementation of the modernized legal framework for the protection of personal data&#8221;<\/a>, on July 13 and 14, 2022, organized the eighth training session on the protection of personal data on the topic &#8220;Introduction to the protection of personal data&#8221; and &#8220;Transfer of personal data&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>On the first day of the training, the novelties of the Personal Data Protection Act and the main obligations for controllers and processors were covered, while on the second day of the training, the criteria for the transfer of personal data and the conditions for the legal transfer of personal data were clarified, such as: suitability decisions, instruments for transfer (standard contractual clauses, mandatory corporate rules, codes of conduct, certification, etc.) as well as exceptions to transfer.
