With the Personal Data Protection Law of 2020, it is transformed into the Personal Data Protection Agency. During its existence, the Agency carries out supervision over the implementation of regulations for the protection of personal data and enables the realization of the rights to privacy and protection of personal data for every citizen of our country, monitors the progress in this area and proposes measures to improve the protection of personal data. <br dir=\"auto\">Our task remains to take care of the protection of personal data in the Republic of North Macedonia by conducting supervision over the work of controllers and processors, as well as raising the level of awareness of all stakeholders and the general public about the importance of personal data and their rights. and obligations, proposing measures for professional training and improvement of officers for the protection of personal data and full implementation of all obligations arising from the Law on the protection of personal data.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On this day, 17 years ago (June 22, 2005), the [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":6203,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[176],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v19.9 -
